Working alongside the council we provide accommodation that fits our service users requirements, putting them in an environment where they can flourish and gain independence. We aid with any physical or mental challenges that the service user may have, giving them all the tools they need to prosper.
Acquire Life Skills
We appreciate that every life is unique, and that care is both complex and individual. Our support includes everyday life skills, from bill paying to understanding their rights as a tenant. We encourage socialising, and work in the local community where possible. We do this at the individual’s own pace, building self-confidence and always allowing for personal choice.
Develop Routine
In instances where a higher level of support is required, our team creates a clear pathway for the service user, introducing routine, and providing an inclusive care package of complex support. This may include counselling, understanding trigger points, and regular one-to-one sessions.
