Do you cater for Mental Health?
Yes we do, we have staff who are trained in mental health and how to support individuals with mental health issues.
Do you have staff on site 24hr?
Yes we have staff on site 24 hrs.
Are you a care home?
No, we are supported living. which supports people to live as independently as possible.
Do you help to set up the housing benefit?
Yes our head office can support with all housing claims.
Do you help with furnishing the flat?
We don’t help with furnishing as it is your own flat with a private lease.
Do you help with setting up a bank account?
Yes staff can support you as long as you have the relevant documents.
Can you access the GP/Dentist easily?
Yes you can as all professionals er in walking distance to all our projects.
Is there internet access there?
You will have to purchase your own internet as it is your own individual flat.
Can our friends and family visit?
Yes your friends and family can visit.
Can staff help me with cooking?
Yes there are staff there to support you with your cooking skills.
Do you support people with Autism?
Yes we do have trained staff to support with Autism.
Can I have my own flat key?
Yes you will be given your own flat key which you will keep, but if you lose it there is a £5 charge.
Who will pay my rent?
It depends what borough you are coming from, the council usually pay the rent if you are eligible otherwise you will have to pay it via direct debit.
Is there a service charge?
Yes there is a service charge of £45 per week which you are responsible for paying and this covers the Gas, Water, Electric and the up keep of the grounds.
Can staff support me with my medication?
Yes staff can support you with your medication as long as it is in your care package.
Can I chose my own decoration for my flat?
Yes you can as it is your home.
Can I bring my pet?
We do not allow pets unless it is part of your well being or mental health.
