We involve the family in every part of the process. From choosing accommodation to tailoring the support. We hold regular meetings that shape the ever-evolving route to independence. We positively encourage regular feedback as we celebrate successes and communicate on how we can improve. We expect that you will pick on things that we may not and we are rigorous in resolving these matters quickly and efficiently.

Our door is always open to the families of our users. We understand the importance of time spent with loved ones and the positive impact that it has on both the service user and the family. The regular events we hold are great at bringing everyone together though we want the family to know that they are always welcome here at any given time.

At Hebe Care we apply the same personalised approach to communication as we do to care. This means that we will adapt to however you want to talk to us, whether that be in person, by phone, or by email. We also have a translator service available should it be required.
